    LOL, talk about a coincidence Chocky, was driving back from Farnborough and Fleet today and stopped by the river Loddon at Shinfield and took a photo of,





    yes, you've guessed, Banded Demoiselle.

    also this little red insect, not a great picture I'm afraid, but didn't recognise it, since found out it's a Black and Red Froghopper.

    Yep.
    I have a lovely Banded Damoiselle but I can't find it just now.
    I intend this year to try and get the Red Banded Damoisell. One flew past me last summer and irt was so close it frightened me . (Really) I didn't at the time know what it was. I registeresd both it wasn't in Exmouth it was over in Exeter.
    I have to be careful not to go too far from civilizationas I go off on my own a lot
