Feeding time

Was walking through the park when I noticed this female Chaffinch. What a mouth(ooops ) beak full I think she may have young to feed

Beryl, that's an excellent photo - as well as an important record of what the Chaffinch eats!

I don't like her wriggly diet, but then again I had chicken for T and I doubt if she'd have approved of me eating that!

I do have a bigger better shot . I'll put it in the forum if you think it a good record of the bird's diet

Yes . I don't know Rolf what sort of flies they are .Glad I'm not a bird
