    This chap was quite busy, making pass after pas on a fishing trip, unfortunately he only caught weed on a couple of occasions.

    It was an art form trying to guess when he was about to dive.

    He was actually diving in, got a small fish on the first occasion, but missed it with the camera.

    Oh right. Shame you missed it.
    Actually Ploughing and skimming has only been documented by a few terns.I guess it's mostly gulls that do this. Fascinating to watch
