My Sister's new protector, the Beauceron dog is a shepherd dog, very loyal and protective of its family. I nick named her Depty, after Deputy Dog, as she's at my side every time I go outside, she is nowhere near full grown yet, as can be seen by the size of her feet.

The last set of pictures are her trying to play with Charlie the cat, but he isn't quite so keen and has a paw full of claw at the ready.

Don't worry about Charlie, the dog is fully aware of the pain a Paw full of Claw can do.

She was crawling under my van this afternoon trying to get the little female cat, but it was such a tight squeeze, the cat was out a long time before she got there.

Here's the other end of the scale, poor little Poppy is very old, pretty much blind and deaf, plus a little bit incontinent, so a doggy nappie is the order of the day.

    She seems quite content though.

And quite a bit bigger, took off over the fields on the bike and only managed to overtake her on a couple of occasions, but she soon matched my speed.
