Once I learned how to pour beer down the side of a glass I poured all fizzy stuff that way. The one point missing is that most of us only get to drink it at large occasions, and pouring 20 glasses of champers in this fashion is going to take ages!!

Seriously, must try that method next time - but will practise with Babycham first I think!
I wonder how much that study cost, cold have told them that.
There seems to have been a lot of studies like that recently, all proving what we already knew - all money SO well spent!
