AAhh. You could be right. My first thought when walking down was where is the song thrush these days and then was distracted by this youngster and thought Robin and Dunnock. I must check on this . I think the owl like eyes eyes, well the markings also made me think of a Dunnock . I have never seen a baby thrush and as it didn't have spots so to speak I didn't consider it, although song Thrushes have spear shaped spots as apposed to the Mistle Thrush which ha round spots.
