    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28

    Default willow warbler

    this is my first willow warbler of the year. seen at lightfoot pools (in preston), this evening, he was singing his little heart out.
    other spring migrants seen there also, were sand martins, swallow, chiffchaff and blackcap. i love this time of year..... and the weather was beautiful too..for a change!!

    Well done Andy, nice captures, saw one myself today, but it was a horrible overcast day and not bright enough for a photograph from distance.

    seems, up here, we have been very lucky weather wise, especially for a bank holiday!!
