    Nice little chap. Just wanted to have his photo taken .Hopped around all over the twig right up close but just would not keep still.

    Lovely couple of pics of the lovely little Long-tailed Tit Beryl. My hearing is no longer good enough to ever pick up this tiny birds high pitched song/call.

    The video is excellent and another first for me as I never saw a LTT with - let alone feeding - young. Thanks for that Beryl.

    A few peeps say they have never seen LTT chicks being fed by mum .
    I found it so lovely I often watch it and I made it in our local park

    I suppose if you know where the nest is you're in with a chance of this kind of footage but a reasonably scarce piece of filming I would say.

    I didn't know where the nest was. They weren't near a nest I was just standing there and noticed them on the branch and the mum came down and fed one whilst I was taking photos ans I quickly got my camcorder out just in time to make a small video. It was shear luck. There is a newspaper print in the general forum and the still some where in the bird forum I'll try and find it
