Not entirely sure that these are both the same type of Cricket, as they have slight differences, but one has certainly lost a leg.
They do look the same . One is minus a back leg .

Well I'm not so sure they do look too similar, there are distinct differences in patterning and in the armour below the head.
Yes. The second one is a female. More patterning on the wing case. She is not showing her ovipositor in your photo.

I thought the second one was a male because she wasn't showing her ovipositor but of course if she's not laying eggs , that would account for it
