    You know, I'm sure these cartoons have arisen since you had a birthday recently, but that first one is just TOO true!

    You should see the 'oldies' (and I don't include myself in that group - of course!) crawl around the supermarkets, leaning on their trolleys. They cannot read what signs say, take an age to find what they want, then cannot reach it or lift it up when they've dropped it.

    After taking ages to get to the till area, they cannot find their purses/wallets and want to stay and chat to the till operators, oblivious that there are people with more urgent business waiting for them to get out of the way.

    Lastly, they wobble back to their Nissan Micras, take ages to pack their purchases into their cars, and leave the car park with the most amazingly dangerous manoeuvres!

    Of course, I'm not admitting to being old..... YET
