Has arrived in Exmouth
LOL, not much but it's there.
Didn't have a vast amount more here, didn't stop the schools closing and most people taking the day off though.
Quite a bit of snow there
Lot of cars in your drive
Only two, the left had one is next door.
Lol . Of course . With snow you can't see where it ends or begins.
Nicer view across your road than I have. Spect you get a lot of birds there. Iget a lot too.......... on the rooftops , Starlings pigeons and gulls
Bet you have more snow now, Beryl!
Fantastic Robin pic, Rolf! No wonder you have so many birds in your garden with those trees across the road.
Someone here was a bit miffed at having to clean the white stuff off his car in the morning - though, when we DID finally manage out of the driveway it was worth it!
Little Blizzard
That's handy having the little Co-op over the raod Beryl and the Chippy.
Yes Catherine, the copse is quite useful, it is a haven for all of the more common Tit varieties, plus many other species.
Too handy Rolf. I rarely go into town
I like the little Co-Op. I don't ea F & C anymore. Hair parade used to be the sub-post office but it was closed down. The other side of Hair parade is Alan' Launderette
There are more shops and take aways along this road than in town.
Had nearly all melted mid evening yesterday, but early morning a new dump arrived.
Lol. What a white world you have there.Wow
Need to get a few back ground photos the Rolf for Christmas cards.
I always have to take my backgrounds out of my photos and put in a snow scene :
No point, haven't sent a Christmas card for 10 years.
Tut Tut
The Robin phot would make a lovely card . Jus a little brighting
More 'Tut, tuts!', Scrooge (AKA Rolf)...
You're right, Beryl, now is the time to take pics with Christmas cards in mind!
I can't imagine anyone not sending or receiving Christmas cards. We get ones from Jewish folks as well - just to celebrate the season and the holiday - and to pass on their best wishes! (If it weren't for Christmas, we might lose touch with old friends - especially those who've moved to another area.)
No snow here today - it has all been washed away by the rain. Floods are the present hazard here!
Nope, can't see the point in sending once a year cards to people who you will likely never see again, may have nothing in common with any more, just because it is the done thing. Nothing to do withg being tight, just found it a waste of time.
Oh dear, Rolf! Maybe that's WHY you don't see them now..!
*Writes memo to send Rolf a card next Christmas*
I always send Rolf a card at Christmas. Not because it's the done thing but because I want to . I send Ian and Joyce a card and I send Babs a card.
I make all my own cards. So do Ian and Joyce
