Well this is where I am based, next to the very tip of Sulham woods and enjoying a large number of small birds visiting the feeders in our small garden.
We have a couple of nut feeders, three hulled Sunflower seed feeders, a couple of fat feeders and a Niger seed feeder for the Siskins when they turn up (empty at the moment). All feeders are Squirrel proof, as they were reaching plague proportions in the garden, leaving no room for the birds. Now we only get a couple at a time, scouring the ground for the odd dropped peanut, but only after testing every squirrel proof feeder in turn.
Starting to get the Goldfinches back now, they drop in nearly every morning and sit in the tree, here's a snatched snap of one of them.
