    Post Planning bill could fast track environmental harm

    Developers will be allowed to gloss over environmental concerns if the planning bill is not strengthened, the RSPB believes, following publication of legislation today.

    They are laying concrete all along the nature paths down here in Devon to make cycle tracks and then they wonder why the places get flooded. Cycle tracks don't need to be concreted.
