    Default The Grey Heron

this might sound daft but I assure you it's true

    The Grey Heron

    There’s a lady with a camera
And she pointing it at me
She thinks I cannot see her
As she hides behind the tree

Who does she think she’s kidding?
I can see just where she’s at
    In a camo' coloured outfit
    And a funny little hat

I’ll stay a few more captures
For I’m such a handsome guy
Then shake out all my feathers
    And head towards the sky

I’ll fly down to the river
For the tide is going out
That’s when fish are left behind.
    A catch without a doubt

The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.
