Here are some Wigeons squabbling over female I expect ( usual thing)
The video is a little misty. These shy little ducks rarely com close to the shore so capturing them isn't easy but you can see them and hear the whistling of the males. The females just make a murmuring sound.
The engine noise in the back ground is either the road surfacing machine and or electricity from the railway line
