Lacking a little furniture and shelves at the moment but one has to be patient
I'd put a window level desk up there and lose the nets for an unimpeded view whilst on the PC.
A window level desk? Where would one get a desk that high ? I'd need a bar stool
I like my nets. I can see through the nets and can easily open the window ad lose the nets for a photo. I'll have curtains there too I think the blinds look cold
I'm going to get a corner desk hopefully before Christmas
I have a window level desk and use a draughtman's chair to sit at it.
If you go to a Joinery and give them a design, they'll cut and shape a desktop and build you some supports.
Yes. Grahams could. Might think about that. Don't forget you are 6 feet tall and I' a tiddly 5.4 I had to have a cushion in my office arm chair
We'll hive a look at B&Q when Mark comes down see what they have if any thing. Don't want to rush into any thing and then wish for some thing else later
Yes, you tell him, Beryl!
Mind you, your set up is shaping well - and you seem to have good (yet silent) company with you! I now can place where you are sitting while at the computer. Is that the window with the wonderful view of the river?
I'd show you a pic of MY computer desk and etc., but then I'd have to dust it all first!
Lol. Catherine. Mine won't rake long to get dusty.
Rolf's window is probably a low normal type window. These windows are higher than the norm.
Yes it will lookmuch better when I have some where to keep all the junk
My window is 1m high, as is my desktop.
Gosh that IS high.
Mine is 3 feet and the windows at the other flat were about 2'6"
What were the previous owners names, Dopey, Grumpy and Dozey?
Very funny
The windows were also very high at the to with a 90 (2.28600 metres) drop for curtains.
