Powderham Estate Devon

Went to Lympstone today and took some senic views of Powderham estate. I it is a very large area
The castle is Farly well hidden from the Exe estuary but you can see the lookout tower ( The Belvedere Tower) and the church right on the estuary. This is a nice place to visit. It is not a wildlife reserve but there is plenty of wildlife there including an Osprey at certain times of the year.
And just a little way from the Castle the UK's oldest yacht club at star cross

It is.It's beautiful and an estate the is maintained by the public sort of thing.

I took the photo using my new tripod Still had to straighten the horizon though The were on top of a cliff and there was no straight terrain
