I think that the sun is making it harder for You to see the "real" bird

So, here it is again without the sun

Well that one's definitely a Fieldfare (Turdus pilaris)...,

    - but I still don't think the other one is..

The grey and yellow bird in the pic looks much too long and slim

    Any way

    Björktrast Fieldfare Turdus pilaris

Looks like a female House Sparrow, Crister! - Passer domesticus

    - and since I've found that the Swedish for it is 'gråsparv', I think I just may be right!

Yes You do and it was a good try !

I just read in todays paper that this bird was found at a lake in Sweden called Tåkern. Not just one but 48!! That is a record and it shows that te bird is getting better and breading good !

It is the biggest bird we have here in Sweden, not compared with the steelbird
While thay counted this bird they also counted ducks and they found +1.200

Well, it doesn't look like a White-tailed Sea Eagle (which is listed as your largest raptor), so I'm going for

Steppe Eagle - Aquila nipalensis - which apparently ventures your way...

Now, I'm trying harder than Rolf, Crister!

ROLF, is it too hard for you too?

OK, Crister. If it's a juvenile White-tailed (Sea) Eagle, can Rolf and I share the win?
