    My reasoning, Crister, was that we've been told that many Blackbirds we have here in winter are migrants from Scandinavia, and the way to identify them are by their darker bills and smaller size - so with those also being of the Thrush family, I wondered if Song Thrushes over there might be smaller too! Honest!
