With that reddy bit under the chin (and the pale legs rather than the Thrushes' dark ones), how about a Red Throated Pipit - Anthus cervinus?

As for the new birdie - a face that only a mother could love, especially those 2 spike on his head :rolling
But - it has a lot of yellow and what looks to be quite a solid-looking beak... so I'd start with suggesting a Greenfinch (Carduelis chloris).
