Brown head with a black bib must be a Siberian Tit - Parus cinctus, or perhaps lapponicus.

Definitely looks like a Lark, so Beryl's on the right track I reckon, need to do some research.

It's not the right colour for a shore lark but it's not a fantastic pic so wasn't sure
Don't know any others with a dark eye patch
