I think that's a Red-necked Phalarope - Phalaropus lobatus. Very rare in Britain.

It's a warbler of some sort, got to have a search through my reference books. Not too many with that wing patterning.

OK, the only one I can find with the wing markings and which visits Sweden is the Hume's Leaf Warbler Phylloscopus inornatus.

Think there is a problem here Rolf

This is what I have about this bird, almost the same but not really. Could be a re-naming problem again

'Hume's Leaf-warbler Phylloscopus humei' is also correct apparently

This is a regional variation, Humei is the South Central race, the ones you will see there (rarely) is the inornatus, coming down from Siberia. So the same bird, just regional naming.

Perhaps You all have noticed that I now present the bird in three languages

Anyway, You have to wait for the next bird until tomorrow.

I must restric this quizz to a bird/day or we will soon be out of both birds and questions.

I saw in a paper that we are expecting just about 1 miljon birds back to Sweden this week. I´ll see if I can catch a few for You

Yes. I think so. Very similar though at first glance . It would be a rare migrant that we would see in the UK
