OK, well this one is a Treecreeper possibly a Short Toed Treecreeper - Certhia brachydactyla, but the first one is a different species Cris and I think a Pipit.

Well it is called a : Trädgårdsträdkrypare Certhia brachydactyla
and are posted by the same man but anyone can make a mistake so I won´t argue.
I did choose the first picture because it was not as clear as the other (You guys are good so I take every chance to make it harder for You)
