Hmm, looks like a Diver of some sort, but can't find a match. Great Northern Diver - Gavia immer perhaps? The beak doesn't look right for a Cormorant.

Red-necked Grebe, Podiceps grisegena ?

I reckon it's a Female Smew - Mergellus albellus, it's the only waterfowl I can see which has the beak colouring extending onto the head with that shape and a red neck. They are a little Grebe like

Well, although I've never seen one, I reckon it's an Ortolan Bunting - Emberiza hortulana, it's the only one I can think of with the grey head, facial stripes and buff/rose underwing colour

The only ones I've knowingly seen are Reed and Corn, plus Yellowhammer of the same family.

I think though they have more brighter yellow and striped faces. so I don't think it is

Not that common here in Sweden but we do see them.
