    These are Black-tailed Godwits are Long billed birds. They probe deeply sometime in water up to their bellies for worms , mollucs and seeds

    Fascinating. I have put some Avocetes up some where and Chris has I think .I am looking forward to getting a good capture of a Curlew . I have uploaded some but not terribly clear

    Well that's the nice thing about using embedded video, we can update as we improve the videos/pictures, I've updated a few on www.wellenkamp.com as and when I've managed to get a better shot.

    I was referring to pictures as well. Many of mine were first attempts with a cheaper camera, so when the opportunity has arisen, I have updated. :

    I have replaced a couple I think. And corrected the spelling where I notice it.
    Not sure which one now.But I onluyupload there if I really think my pic is good. I get a bit of hand shake when I'm lacking in Vitamin B12. Had it brought forward this time by a week so fairly steady now
