Sort of like Not the 9 o'clock new s and such like?
Sort of like Not the 9 o'clock new s and such like?
No, not like that.
Oh dear.
The sun has come out now and it look so nice out ther . I think I will go to the park and see what those silly ducks are doing and get some fresh air.
Will think about this controversial comedy. Can't have been that many in the 60s TV closed down at about ten in those days I think
was it Peter Cook and Dudley Moore?
No, it's a sitcom.
Well they did 25 week and only laughed on the last week. Lol They were brilliant
But I think they were a skit from another prog' that wasn't sit com. Like TW3
Probably some thing like My Old Man's a Dustman by the brilliant Lonnie Donnigan
It sounds like it could be something to do with Chas and Dave
What else did they write except snooker loopy ?
Oh yes and Rabbit

No, none of those, didn't think Chas and Dave wrote TV series.
Clues so far.
It is sort of Cockney,
A Sitcom,
Was very controversial at the time and wouldn't be shown now
They did for Only Fools And Horses
But I don't think they did any for others.
This one is beating me. The 60 wasn't a good year on TV for me
Everybody knows the name of the main character, probably even youngsters who never actually saw the series, in fact the character became bigger than the show.
It also spawned an American version which was equally successful.
Ok ok . I'll have another think
The American version did not have the same name by the way.
Now that's really helpful seeing s I don't know the name of the British version.
But I will try and think back
Till Death Us Do Part?
Whoohoo.
Well done, spot on.
Starred Warren Mitchell as the racist East Ender Alf Garnett.
Is it really. I wacht all of those But had no idea that the music belonged to it.
No It just came into my head and iIthought I'll keep him happy with guesses.
Hey [I]'m in stitches now.
Who went America?
The American series was called All in the Family and the Alf Garnet Character was renamed Archie Bunker.
OH I didn't see the American one. I really had to watch what the others were watching. But I'm easy going I didn't mind.

Next please getting good at this guessing game too
OK, this one may be difficult.
Mystery TV Theme Tune 126
Catchy. What happened to the rest of the tune?
Well it sounds like one the boys may have watched.
The rest of the tune had the series name in it.
Thought it might .
Not Skins is it?
No, it isn't.
That was just a guess. I had to copy that for Ash whilst she was at boarding school each week but I never watched it.
Right . Back to the drawingboard.
Is it a teen age series?
No it isn't.
Is your needle stuck?
I have to find out what Rock Gardies are
It was the most appropriate phrase.
Rock Gardies?
Political?
Every body wants to sing in the Rock Gardies
That is what the sing is singing. But I haven't heard it and I don't know the series
I think you have (as my mum would say) Cloth Ears Chocky.
Thanks.
That is what it sounds like. It's not too clear. What are the words they singing?
Time for a clue.
I can't really give you much more of a clue, you already have half of the title.
You just said I hadn't . because I can't hear
No I didn't, just suggested that you didn't hear it correctly.
Oh well I have 5 speakers so it must muffle it all . My head phones don't.
It's catchy but I haven't heard it.
OK how old is it and is r UK or US?
Please that much
UK, 1970s.
Rock School?
No, don't think that was a TV series.
