I notice when I play back a recording it pauses some times and today a play back broke up for a couple of seconds.
Shall I call sky and tell them? Maybe the software needs updating but maybe they aught to do that?
May be worthwhile, playback should be seamless.
I haven't watched as it was recording because that is the point so I can watch another side. I'll give them a ring tomorrow and see what they say after all it is one of Sugar's boxes and it is under guarantee.

Just phoned sky (glad I kept all my notes) and we did a systems health check.
Lets hope that sorts things out.
