    The equipment I use is a Canon 30D with Sigma 50-500mm lens. I also have a garden hide from which I take most of my pictures.

    No I don't think so I wonder if it was a jackdaw I'll have a look at the one I put in the caption thread. I never see Jackdaws so I'm not familiar. Could be a pied jackdaw

    Just looked at the Come up with a caption pic and it's definitely a pied Jackdaw.
