Old classic car?

Saw this one at Calshot today - and wonder if anyone knows what it was.

There was a blue Unicorn badge above the radiator grille and a red one on the centre of the steering wheel, but they each faced different ways!

We thought it looked like an Alvis at first, but had the wrong badge. Could it have been a 'kit car' of old?

No idea on that one Catherine, lovely car though.

It looks a bit odd. Parts seem quite old thus doubt if it is a kit car, but the Unicorn badges - different colours and facing different ways - are a puzzle.

The twin windscreens are probably a clue, but cannot find the car anywhere online - not even through its registration.

Had wondered if Crister's 'classic car' experience might have helped, but maybe he is mainly interested in the American classics!
