    Default Springtime Sparrow

    These shots are from earlier in the year, but they show how much the Sparrows (and the pigeons) love my flowering tree as a little snack.

    I do love the plum trees- they have a real Japanese Cherry-blossom air, and I do love Japanese style. Unfortunately, I don't love the mess caused by the plums when they all fall... especially as they are on my drive/the public pavement.

    I liked the second one so much that I saved it and darkened the sky to highlight the blossom and the bird - and it looks quite stunning!

    It would look beautiful painted on china!

    You're right - sparrow blossom china I did have a problem with how bright/dark to set it so you could see the bird enough.

    But you know me, Louise! I'm really a flower person too!

    I love to see photos of birds amongst flowers. I don't know why!
