This is a little video of the Exeter to Exmouth shuttle.
Here it is coming along the Exe Estuary on a nice sunny day with the tide in and my figure obscuring the right corner.

From where I am standing you can see about as far as Exton where there is another bridge and a narrow ledge at about Exton. then there is about a mile of very narrow ledge foot path. after that the narrow path lads through bushes and suchlike until you reach Lympstone. The foot path is ths side of the train line after you cross the level crossing about half a mile along It is a very pleasant nature walk.
