    Default Lacewing or similar

    This to all intents and purposes looks like a Lacewing, but as it's blue, I'm not so sure.

    .... OK, .... maybe not, but it DOES look very beautiful!

    (Looked up 'Blue Lacewing' on Google images and all it showed was lots of scantily-clad girls, so I'm not much of a help with an ID here!)
