Sweet!!! But they are persistent - they have to be. I often watch them and the girls seem to like a lot of attention before giving in
We had FOUR pairs doing the 'bowing and coo-ing' in the garden yesterday.
After an hour of that, he din of their calls and the flutter of wings was getting too much for Glen though, so he stood up and told them to get on with their love-making elsewhere - so they did!
(It wasn't just the noise, etc., but they were using most of our small garden space to 'get on with it', so other birds were not being able to land on feeders without their interrupting things. Even Arnie and Fluffy were having to divert their flight paths to collect caterpillars from the tree, so 'the time had come'...............!)
