    Default New Forest traffic jams

Well they are in this section as they have owners, thus they're not really wild - even though they run free!

New Forest ponies are world famous, yet pigs and cows graze on the heaths as well. In fact, after ponies, cattle are the most likely to cause traffic jams in the area! These were on the road near Beaulieu.

New Forest Donkeys are a determined breed, as you find to your cost if you park at Hatchett Pond, Beaulieu!

Yesterday, we passed many cows with their calves, and these two little foals were staying close to their mothers.... awwwwwwwwwwwww!

They certainly do look cute, shame they get a bit bad tempered when they get older.

Yes, Glen worries about the car at times - especially when going through Brockenhurst where there is a herd of Longhorns running loose!
