Waxwings at Savacentre, Reading

Were outside the Porsche Headquarters feeding on the berries for an hour or so, given the number of large bushes with berries still uneaten, they'll probably be there for the next few days. Unfortunately it was a dull afternoon, with rain, but managed a few photos.

These are brilliant - particularly the first two!

Now, if you won't enter that first one in that photo competition, you need to enter it into a competition somewhere else!

Nice one - I love the movement of the berry on the first shot - I am imagining him chucking it up in the air to catch it and show off But it's so annoying when it's not bright enough (or too bright). I've not seen too much lately, but anything interesting I have seen has been either on a very dull day or at dusk.. so there's no way you are going to get a really good shot.

If you look closely at that first shot, he's trying to get as many as he can in his beak, there is already one, or maybe more in there.
