    Camera :- Nikon D3100 used with Nikkor 70-300 F/4-5.6 VR Lens. Compact Camera :- Samsung V5.0 Tripod : - Yep, Good One. Binoculars :- Nikon 'Sport Lite' 10x25.

    Default Pagham Bird

    Does anyone Recognize this one ? Guess the Bird? it was at Pagham Harbour over Large Shingle/Rough ground.

    Definitely a Linnet, Philip!

    Here are some feeding on seeds of plants growing in the same type of shingle, just along the coast on the slope Hurst Spit at Milford on Sea!

    Thanks Guys! i think u Right. I had a Small Flat in Barton, Cathrine, just along the Coast frm Milford back in the 1980s ( I was Chasing a Different Kind of tail in Thoes Days! )

    Yes, definitely a linnet. I have similar shots taken on sandy cliffs at Guernsey.

    Wonderful variety of birds between Barton and Milford - and beyond! From Sand Martins to Whitethroats and Cormorants to Ravens. It's a great area for birds of the feathered variety still!
