Yesterday we had a fantastic show in the sky.
A rainbow and the Sun in the middle, bright as usual but at each side of the arc was an extra strong Sun. We had this halo for almost one hour.

Just heard from a friend that he saw the whole circle, with the sun in bulls eye and 2 strong suns at each side
I saw just a half rainbow .
They even showed a bit in the tellie . Yes, it was great to see it for such a loooong time !
This was the sunset at just after 4:20 this afternoon, shame i only had the phone with me to take a picture.

My best chance to get a stunning sun shot was two years past in March, when the early evening sun had a complete rainbow ring around it as we looked west across the English Channel. It stayed that way for a while, but I had no camera with me...
