    Default First winter Blackcap seen in the Amelanchier

    Looked out of the window this morning and spotted my first winter Blackcap in the Amelanchier, hope he stays around, got the bananas at the ready and the Mahonia is in full flower to tempt him.

    Fujifilm FinePix S8200 plus Samsung J5 mobile phone camera. Chinon Compact 9-21 x 25 RB binoculars and 10x - 30x60 Zoom binoculars

    It's always ready Catherine, but some of these birds are a bit nippy.

    Had 9 Goldies on the feeders this morning.
