Looks like it was a tasty snack Beryl, in fact it looks like it may have been a dragonfly.

I was thinking that
It's hard to tell. She kept diving down and I was so close I had to keep still or she'd have flown off . The rest of her is behind a leaf .
Don't think I'd like to have tea and stickies with her some how
