Moths - an unnamed selection

I've spent the day looking these damned things up and have drawn a bit of a blank.
The last (sorry - the upload resorted them or it would be the first!!) looks like a Small Dusty Wave (Idaea seriata), but mine was 16mm across and they are supposed to be 19-21 mm across. It's definitely a wave but I was struggling with the size.

The second - I wondered if it was battered and had lost a lot of its scales rather than just being as pale and see-through as it looks .. I certainly couldn't find an ID.

The fourth & fifth - it look similar to a Herminia tarsipennalis - but not exactly enough.

The first one - well, I couldn't by bothered by then as I was on my eight moth and was getting moth-blind .. maybe I should stick to butterflies
