    Default Carrion Crow - Corvus corone

    Still not the best of shots, but I am determined to one day get a good 'black bird' shot.
    In this case he was obviously 'at' something. At first I thought that he was pulling a worm out of the ground (long thin pink thing), but then I realised that he was pulling bits off something.

    The last shot shows a little foot, so must have been a small bird, maybe a nestling.

    They're not bad shots at all Louise, you have the feather textures showing nicely.

    ...but not good at a larger size, which is what I am after.
