Default The Blue tit Council house

The council put nest boxes up in various places along nature footpaths. I was watching this pair of Blue tits for quite a while

This one has been bagged by a blue tit who has his head feathers as if to say "Don't come near, this is mine "
Then the other little blue tit came sown to inspect it. He flew up yo a higher branch and watched Whether they will nest in it I don't know

I found it all quite amusing and well worth hanging about to watch

That's a good shot of the BT's 'crest', Beryl!

I've been watching BTs inspect nestboxes here today. In fact, it may be the same bird checking out both. I DO wish he/she would make up his/her mind!

Apart from Magpies, no signs of nesting here yet!
