    Yes - though it's difficult to be positive because of the light.

    I think the neat little bill and the reddish legs confirm it though!

    That's what I though . I has a light colouring and not such a blue-is head But it does have orange legs

    I think it may be a youngster just gonr through it's first molt and that maybe why it is so light in colour
