Really good video, Beryl!
I doubt if most people realise the value of Ivy in attracting insects. It's really nectar-rich, isn't it?
You have a Butterfly, Wasps, Hover Flies and Honey Bee (I think?) there at least, the latter having bulging pollen sacs!
[I love Ivies. Not only do they attract a myriad of insects for pollination and for birds, etc. to eat, but the fruits themselves attract many different birds - from Blackcaps to Wood Pigeons and Pheasants - throughout the winter. It is a much misunderstood plant.]
Thanks Catherine & Ian
I think the Ivy bush is very beautiful and yes it is always buzzing with Wasps Bees ad Hoverflies It's on the footpath so birds don't fly to it as to many people pass by all the time
