Chequered Beetle - Trichodes apiarius .. I think :)

This was spotted in France, and although I am sure that it's 'Trichodes', I cannot guarantee that it's 'apiarius' - you may be able to confirm.

They are either in the UK, but very scarce and declining, or not now found, so I've decided to leave them in the non-indigenous section.
