    I also took this while down in the midlands which heron is this please folks as i understand there are a few?

    This is the Grey Heron Gail and the one you are most likely to see in the UK, impressive birds to see.

    No, you had merely pasted the image URL inside picture code, it pulls the image from that server every time the page loads. You need to go into advanced post and click on the paperclip, you can then either browse for the file on your desktop, or paste the tinypic URL into the upload from URL section.
