Thread: female reed bunting.

    most of my efforts are digi-scoped, using an opticron hr66 scope, pentax optio v15 digital camera and homemade adaptor.+ a panasonic lumix fz28

    Default female reed bunting.

    as often is the case, the female birds are not quite as strikingly marked as the males. however, i think this female reed bunting is quite pretty. she was seen around the feeding station at marton mere, blackpool.

    I agree Andy, pretty little birds, very subtle but lovely nonetheless, nice captures as well.
