Shoveler amongst the Wigeons

I Have never seen a Shoveler Duck on the estuary
This lone Shoveler Duck must have got caught up in a flock of frightened birds and stayed with them as they all flew down the estuary from Bowling green marsh.

Oh yes, he probably looked around and wondered where his mates were.

I guess he'll return when a group flies back . The do all the time as Bowling Green is aonly a mile about as the Crow /duck flies
