Have you got a cropped but unprocessed image Beryl, preferably original resolution?
Yes. It was hundreds of mils up the tree .I'll just redus the size of the frame and put it in the mods room.
A bit put off by your saying it was about the size of a Blackbird Beryl. Its not all that bad an image but the best I can come up with at the moment from what I see in the pic is......Spotted Flycatcher, but if it really was about the size of a Blackbird then it certainly isn't one of those.

That was my first thought but I have never seen one , only in a book so I don't know . I only know it was bigger than a chiffchaff because when it landed on the branch I though oh that's a big chiffchaff and it was so high up
If I don't come back on this Beryl you can take it from me its a Spotted Flycatcher but it would be nice to see some other opinions.

Well I looked for a similar bird in my book and thought 'The Spotted flycatcher1 was the nearest .........But I didn't want to say because other peeps might see it how I saw it and think the same when it might be some thing else ....if you catch my drift

Just looked at the DVD-ROM guide and it certainly looks like it could be the spotted Flycatcher, the wing markings would certainly match.
Yep. I think it isbut it's not really good enough to put in the gallery. I will know now when next I see one

The red under beak could be a trick of the light even though there was no sun. No down where I was standing
