Yes. It was singing and collecting worms Unfortunately it was really far off. I used 200mm-300mm DG macro and a couple came out not to bad but the one with the beak full of worms didn't

I know exactly what you mean about 'too far off' Beryl, I've been trying some pics of a Little-ringed Plover today but when I looked at them on the computer they were simply not good enough because of the distance between me and the bird. I did photography long enough to know you have to have the equipment otherwise......forget it.

Yes. This little wren had a favorite twig completely exposed as you see in the photo.I was quite lucky. Thing is they don't keep still and their whole littl body move when they sing
